We collect and/or receive the following categories of information:
Additional for Beta participants (if you join a Beta):
If you use in-game voice chat, microphone audio is captured on your device and transmitted in real time via Photon Voice so you can communicate. We do not record or store voice audio.
Photon and other providers may process service metadata (for example, connection identifiers) to operate the service under their own policies and agreements.
If you join a Beta, we may record gameplay video and voice during manual test sessions if you consent. With separate consent, we may use gameplay video in promotional materials (e.g., TikTok and other social media). Voice will not be used in published marketing materials. See the Beta Privacy Notice for details.
If we publish promotional materials, social media platforms process published content under their own terms/policies.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service, enforce rules, resolve disputes, maintain security, comply with law, and for other legitimate purposes described in this Policy.
Beta retention is described in the Beta Privacy Notice (generally 30 days, except marketing materials).
This Policy covers information we collect when you use the Game and related services we provide. It does not cover the practices of Meta, Photon, LIV, or other third parties except as described here.
